Returns & Refunds
We accept free returns within 28 days of receipt or 14 days for items purchased in a sales and promotion .
Returned products must be unworn or unused and they should be in the original condition. The packaging should be in the original condition too. We accept receipt or delivery documents as proof of your purchase which includes the papers or electronic copies. In case you do not have your documents, we accept proof of payments from bank or credit cards. We will use the same payment methods to process your refund without any charge.
You should notify us of the status of any faulty product within 28 days of the receipt. Return faulty goods within 3 months for a full refund or exchange.
Return by post
To return by post, we have instructed you with step-by-step guide which is FREE of charge
Please follow the steps below to produce your Returns label or QR barcode for instore printing:
- Go to our Website (Return policy – Palik)
- You will be prompted to enter your order number (e.g. 612345678) and delivery or billing postcode.
- Select the item(s) that you would like to return & the returns reason.
- Select your preferred shipping method and enter the required information to register your return.
- You will be given a QR code as well as an instruction on how to make the return.
- Print out this page and bring it to a local post-office along with the product in its original packaging and send it to us.
Once you have registered your return through the return’s portal, you will receive an email summarising your return order. Within this email, there is a tracking link where you can track the progress of your shipment back to us.
We will refund the money to the same card or account as you originally used for purchasing your item.
Please allow 5 to 10 days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.
